Planning Approval - Brockwell Lane, Chesterfield

MAD have just received planning approval for our proposed alterations to a house on Brockwell Lane, Chesterfield.

The scheme involves a thorough renovation & extension of an existing house. Alterations to the front of the house will create a open plan living / dining / kitchen area, whilst an extension to the rear will create a new garden room & play area, providing a direct link to the raise garden.

The property will also renovated with new rendered external wall insulation and the existing roof insulated, ensuring ongoing running cost for the property are reduced.

Work is due to start in late summer 2017.

Planning Approval - Curbar, Peak District

MAD have just received planning approval for our proposed alterations to a house  in Curbar, in the Peak District.

The scheme involves the replacement of a unsightly conservatory with a contemporary extension, creating an open plan living / dining / kitchen area. The tall bi-fold doors provide views up towards Curbar Edge.

Negotiations with the Peak District National Park Planning department progressed smoothly, aided by the 3D models & montage views.

Work is due to start in late summer 2017.

Planning Approval - Rushley Avenue, Sheffield

MAD have just received planning approval for our proposed alterations to a house on Rushley Avenue, Sheffield.

The scheme includes replacing an existing conservatory and opening up the rear rooms, to create a stunning new open plan family room, with great views across the valleys of Sheffield. In addition to the ground floor works, an under used first floor conservatory is also being replaced to create a new bedroom for the family.

Work is due to start towards the end of April.

Planning Approval - Dunston Road, Chesterfield

MAD have just received planning approval for 2 new bungalows off Dunston Road, Chesterfield.

Each bungalow, feature a master bedroom with en-suite with a further 2 bedrooms, and open plan living / dining / kitchen area overlooking the gardens.

Work on site is due to start in the middle of 2016.

MAD have just received planning approval for our proposed alterations to a house on Ashover Road, Chesterfield.

The scheme includes the complete renovation of the house including a new two storey rear extension featuring a new open plan kitchen / dining / living area on the ground floor. Upstairs a new master bedroom suite with dressing room & en-suite.

In addition a new garage has been added to the property, and internally the rooms have been completed reconfigured to create a modern family home and includes a luxurious galleried hallway,

Work on site has already begun with the demolition of the existing out buildings & extensions.

Planning Approval - Cartmel Crescent

MAD have just received planning approval for our proposed alterations to a bungalow at Cartmel Crescent, Chesterfield.

The scheme includes the complete renovation of a bungalow, to create an accessible low energy home.

Works to the property will include a new rear extension and alterations to the internal layout to provide an adaptable layout. An additional extension to the front of the property will create an mezzanine floor providing extra space. The existing garage will also be extended providing additional storage outside of the property. Between the property and the bungalow a new covered level access entrance platform will be formed, with potential for future lift, to provide simple access to the property.

The energy usage of the property will dramatically reduced through the introduction of external wall insulation, high performance glazing and LED lighting.

MAD have just received planning approval for our proposed renovation and extension to a bungalow on Parkhead Road, Sheffield.

The scheme involves a complete reconfiguration and renovation of the existing 1970's bungalow to create a family home for the 21st century.

When finished the bungalow will feature 4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with ensuite and dressing room, overlooking the stunning views of the countryside.

The extension forms the new living space, including an open plan kitchen, living & dining area with expansive sliding doors openings into a new patio area, with the existing bungalow forming a quite snug.

Work is due to start in the summer and be completed in early 2016.

MAD have just received planning approval for our proposed extension to a bungalow on Walton Back Lane, Chesterfield.
