An exciting week see the timber frame delivered and erected. In around 10 days an empty slab is transformed into the skeleton of a house.

Both blockwork & timber frame walls are now constructed forming the new spaces in the extension.

After some COVID related delays the project is now reaching the final stages. With the kitchen installated there are just a few finishing touchs required.

A glorious day in the countryside to see progress on site, with the extension walls completed, ready for installation of the roof terrace.
The outbuilding is also developing well, with roof finishes in progress and reinforcement being prepared for the concrete slab.

A sunny morning on site to see demolition & alterations works to the back of the house progressing.
The outbuilding is up to wall plate level and the roof trusses installed.

Great to see visit site for our first site meeting and see the initial progress by RMS construction.
Ground has been broken & foundations prepared for the new outbuilding, whilst in the house stripping out & marking out of alterations are underway.
