MAD have just received planning approval for our proposed alterations to a house on St Quentin Mount, Sheffield.
The scheme involves the creation of an extensive wrap basement, providing additional bedrooms and family areas. In turn this provides a terrace area accessed from the existing ground floor. The property also feature a 2 storey side extension, creating an open plan kitchen / dining area, with further bedrooms above.
Work is due to start in spring 2020.
